PROTOTYPE
I purchased the LewanSoul MatserPi Robotic Arm Car for Raspberry Pi Robot Kit Open Source Programming AI Vision 5DOF/Axis Robotics Arm Smart Car from Amazon and assembled it.
Next steps:

Remove the arm assembly for use as the prototype for my Robot Arm w/ Computer Vision project

Mount the camera (or use a Pi Camera Module 3) to the pan actuator that is mounted to the chassis

Modify its open source Python code (learning Python along the way) to recognize different objects
